Specifically, it seems to be that it's trying to serve up files relative to /lucee mapping which is /WEB-INF/lucee/context and so it's erroring out at not finding 'index.cfm' in

WEB-INF/lucee/context/index.cfm

Or not finding 'lbtester.cfm' in

WEB-INF/lucee/context/fh/lbtester.cfm

when it should be using the application root.
