Does anyone know if lucee buffers fileWriteLine() (and/or fileWrite())? I have some test results that appear to show buffering but I cannot find any documentation referencing buffering. Assuming my test results are correct, is there a way to turn off write buffering for a file?

We found that its logging doesn't necessarily write straight away. Which was a show-stopper for us. So might point to this. Or might be some Log4J tomfoolery. But suspected it was more likely to be Lucee shenanigans.

I'm actually writing a simple logger to replace log4j in my app. And I did just prove fileWrite & fileWriteLine does buffer, it's the underlying java FileWriteStream that lucee must be using. I bypassed lucee and went directly to java and now I can call flush() immediately.
