I don't thing it possible because if not the WEB-INF will not generate for the new host Entry

I kind of thought so, but I just wanted to make 100% sure. I just don't like restarting my server, for such a trivial task. I have 25 websites on my VPS, and it means that each one takes a bit of time to respond, when the first user hits a website, after a restart. 🤷‍♀️
