Happy New Year all! Has anyone installed apache log4j2 to any of the latest lucee docker images? Using the image as-is, I end up with an empty application.log file. If I add
Copy code
- ../lucee-lib/log4j-api-2.22.0.jar:/opt/lucee/server/lucee-server/context/lib/log4j-api-2.22.0.jar
            - ../lucee-lib/log4j-core-2.22.0.jar:/opt/lucee/server/lucee-server/context/lib/log4j-core-2.22.0.jar
I start seeing "cannot resolve" log messages. I think I am running into jar naming collisions with org.lucee.log4j-api that ships with lucee, but I admit, I am a novice jars and name resolution. This is using lucee/lucee:latest If you're wondering, I require rolling log appenders by date/time and the native lucee log4j2 does not support this. I used https://docs.lucee.org/guides/installing-lucee/lucee-server-adminstration-windows/implementing-log-rotation-with-log4j.html as my starting point but as soon as I add the log4j2 jars, I run into the errors.
