Hi. I setup PMT for the first time in my local environment several days ago. I'm getting tons of these notifications with "instance available/unavailable." They don't correspond to a shut down or computer going to sleep or anything obvious that I can think of. Would there be some other reason for this that I could check/adjust? (I'm running CF 2023 installed directly on Windows - via the installer exe, not via CommandBox or anything.)

Oh no. That's not great that it's been a year. I just upvoted. Hope others upvote too. I'd like to make the case to put this in our production server environment, but we'd need to clear up these false negatives first.

We've resorted to having our Nagios check some of the site urls every 2 minutes to keep the site "alive" so we don't get these PMT notifications. It's an annoying workaround that we shouldn't have to do.
