10/18/2023, 8:21 PMI have clients who pay for Adobe support and use it regularly. I guess it depends on whether you want to depend on asking questions here for the community or having Adobe "on call' to answer questions for you.

10/18/2023, 8:22 PMOur reseller also said the Adobe Platinum Support would also get access to the new releases, so long as we continue with that support plan. Basically software assurance, but I see it more as a subscription. 🤷♂️

10/18/2023, 8:22 PMOne of my clients has a deal where their yearly support rate (I may be using the wrong term) covers both their support AND new CF upgrades as they come out. I have NO idea if that's how everyone's works-- Adobe tends to always custom-negotiate all these deals. But if so, that would be pretty handy to get support and all upgrades for one price.
