Anyone know where I can find free Lucee hosting for an open source project?
The only recommendation I found was on the Lucee forums for viviotech.net. I am in talks with them right now to try to see if they can sponsor my open source project, but they are taking awhile to respond. I am disabled so I am unable to get a job and $10/mo. is a bit high for an open source project.

There are many ways you can host a static site for free, github pages, cloudflare pages, netlify, etc - I would start there, unless there is some reason you really need an app server for the site

I do, ColdFusion is an application not a static site. I want to host my open source application so that I can show it to potential employers. My goal is to use it as an example of my work so they can look past my disability when attempting to obtain the job.

understood - another option then if viviotech doesn’t work out might be to just look for a VPS provider and install lucee on it yourself, you can find VPS for as low as $2.50/month and often the provider may have a new customer credit that would let you run it free for several months. AWS has a free tier as well that you can get a lot of stuff free for a year: https://aws.amazon.com/free/ you just have to be careful to stay within the free tier
best of luck on the job search and your project!

You can try Lucee planet https://www.luceeplanet.com/hosting_plesk. I have never used their service though. But they have some of the lower Lucee hosting fees I have seen but not free though. Their cheapest option is 2.5 euro per month. You can try the free tier of AWS and make sure you stay within the free tier.

You can launch on AWS for free for the first year. Well, technically two years for smaller projects -- (one on EC2 and one on Lightsail).
