looking forward to this one: https://cfsummit.adobeevents.com/attendease/networking/experience/138d341a-dbfc-4d0f-b1c1-54eb3b8df0b4/5b93aba7-4f96-4fe0-ba04-03e18c82dcd7
I started using content box for some small clients that needed a content management and some small custom functionality, and it was pretty easy to create a plugin and make the custom management screens.
for example we're wrapping up development on https://smootcemetery.org/ where they wanted a way to have an interactive plot map for their cemetery. (the map part was a bit complex, but the process of creating a CB plugin was pretty straightforward)
Here's a screenshot of the backend screen for managing the plots. It was an interesting little project, and now we have a cool little cemetery mapping plugin we can market to other cemeteries.

Oh man, no pressure. This is not a deep dive, but is there anything specific you'd want me to include?

I just found it a nicer experience than developing similar wordpress sites with some custom plugins

In the past for small things like this I have used wordpress, and I think it’s nice to have a good cf based alternative to wordpress. I would be interested in wether there were plans for starting to make a plugin ecosystem similar to what wordpress has, where developers that make plugins could make them available and easy for non programmers to install

Definitely on my list too. We badly need ContentBox for my current client, the issue for us is figuring out how to install and set it up for an existing site that is not compatible with CommandBox.
