Is Lucee 5.4.3.2 supposed to support defining default methods/functions in an Interface? It appears ACF 2018+ support this and some stuff I've read indicates that it should work in Lucee, but I can't find a way to get it to work. I always get errors like:

component [component.path] does not implement the function [getdescription()] of the abstract component/interface [/path/to/interface.cfc]

Should I be able to define default functions in an interface?

I've tried like what Ortus Solutions indicates should work: https://modern-cfml.ortusbooks.com/cfml-language/components/interfaces I've also tried what Adobe says should work by using the

@Adam Cameron, Thanks. I should have checked the bug tracker, I just was surprised that Ortus Solution says it works in Lucee (since they do a lot of Lucee development).
