I recently updated Sublime Text to version 4152. Everything seemed to work fine until I went to use Package Control and it no longer works. Just the package control that is. The only thing that I've seen that hints about this is here: https://forum.sublimetext.com/t/macos-ventura-13-0-breaks-package-control/64949 That is referencing macOS Ventura when it was in beta. Has anyone encountered this and found a fix? I tried the sublime support forum but got zero response.

I have two Macs, both on Ventura and Sublime Text build 4154 (dev channel). I noticed a couple weeks ago that Package Control is broken on one and works fine on the other. Have not been able to figure out what the difference between the two is.
@hugh Resurrecting this: the forum points to an issue on github (https://github.com/wbond/package_control/issues/1612) that leads to a fix. It involves manually downloading and installing a pre-release version of Package Control to deal with an OpenSSL incompatibility. This approach worked for me on a couple of my systems where Package Control was non-functional. I ended up throwing away any previously installed packages and reinstalling them after grabbing the current pre-release of PC.
