You could have just called up & written a formal letter and said your company works for you, and you have a direct role with governmental, State, and Legal agencies across the world, your job status, influence, and criteria make you a candidate for dismissal. Adobe is a trusted vendor for the US government, the UK government, various other countries, airlines, multiple Fortune 100 companies, and even Microsoft.

I mean, that is actually a really good point. I think my only downfall is that I haven't convinced CA to use CF (YET!) but we definitely are used across the board in federal, mil and the like. But then they'd ask "well what do you do" and I'd say "Oh I make snarky arguments about cloud architectures with folks on slack and videos on LinkedIn" and they'd find me in contempt of court 🤣

besides, you could side with the plaintiff to make a sale, side with the defendant to make a sale, or side with the bailiff to promote confusion. Plus, what if COURT TV was there, I mean, Mullet guy... Adobe might ask you to wear a lime green and yellow leisure suit with the words ADOBE all over it. Sure it won't influence the jury but it may swoon the judge as he reads the PDF document brief and case notes.
