Wow. Homesite. I'd honestly skip Builder and go with VSCode - it's the popular editor, has great support for everything. Use the CFML plugin (https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=KamasamaK.vscode-cfml) A lot of the button inserts from Homesite can be replaced with snippets which can be run via keyboard shortcut ... (Note there is a CF Builder extension from Adobe for VSCode but I have not tried it...)
