Can anyone tell me why I am receiving this response? I think might me the mail server not give permission to send and recieve the mail from outlook.

Its another Cut and paste developer. He is being paid, all the while more than likely had his friends help him wit the job interview, then gets the job and has no clue how to program, or do anything with it. Ive seen it, see deal with it. Its a waste of time and effort at this point to help or as he may say " do the needed". He needs to go back to school, maybe take up farming or hiring himself out as a merc for any of the world conflicts, but arg, wasting everyones time on the most basic of networking concepts..
