updated mysql (8.0.33) and postgres (42.6.0) extensions are available (older versions had CVEs)

are there release notes to go with these updates?

some links in the mailing list post back to tickets, which have links to the upstream lib and their release notes, there's nothing lucee specific going on here, just problems in the java libs https://dev.lucee.org/t/updated-mysql-8-0-33-and-postgres-42-6-0-jdbc-extensions-available/12589

thanks! I just need something to show my boss why we need to update the extensions.
