Edit - I used sc config to update the path, but Add-On Services attempt to start now says: "The service did not respond to the start or control request..." Obviously I just don't have something set right somewhere. Any ideas?

I'd dig into the Windows Event Viewer to see if there are more details on why it didn't start. Also, is the Add-On services service running under a particular account (like an Active Directory service account)? If so, check the permissions on the folder structure to make sure that user account has read/execute permissions.

@Sarah Frieldsmith Could you please try to start the Add-on service from command line. Here is the command - Launch Command Prompt, Navigate to "\ColdFusion2021\cfusion\jetty>" and type the "jetty.exe" and press enter.
