@bdw429s Is that something that could be reused from what you built for codewars?
b
I mean, yes and no
It can work similar to how Codewars works, but I'm not sure there's a ton of overlap in what codewars does and what replit does
So, if you're thinking, "hey we could use CommandBox for replit", then yeah, for sure
If you're thinking codewars' specific integration has some body of work which is driectly applicable to replit, then I don't think so.
At least not outside of the idea that CommandBox can be used to run arbitrary CFML
Honestly, I think you'd just want to use the REPL functionality in CommandBox, if possible directly
s
oh ok, just similar to the Jupiter notebooks
@johnfarrar I looked for some of the examples on how to do it, and it seem like there is just a few configuration files and a script file for setup/installing libraries. It shouldn’t be too hard for you to make one, you should submit one using commandbox

I will take a look at it. Thanks.

Conversation started, didn't get far enough yet. Others welcome to chime in. Did anyone else see how to create a new language template there? https://ask.replit.com/t/i-am-looking-to-create-another-language-here/24863
I found this finally in the docs, have not learned to use it yet... but throwing it out for others. https://docs.replit.com/programming-ide/nix-on-replit
They are using a UPM (universal package manager) that has Java listed. https://github.com/replit/upm
