I can see a CF 4.0 CD there... the image quality is too low/small to read the others... is there a CFML reference PDF on there? Do you have any versions older than that?
b
You're going to be rich!

@Adam Cameron this is what there is of the oldest CF disks
So, 4.0 server is the oldest, the others are Studio or evaluation.

Ancient artifacts!

Now I just wish I could find my portable CD reader for my laptop...
r
The upgrade to 4.5 was painful.

This is my oldest; 3.1 application server disk
I also have 4.5 in a box somewhere
b
There's a space in "Cold Fusion!"
r
I started with 4.0 but the company I worked for at the time started using ColdFusion with 2.0.
p
Yea I started with 3.1; I should try to set this up on a docker instance for fun.
e
You should, and I can not stress this enough, back up the media to another format. CDs fail, plus its real cool to say.. Windows 2000 with SP 4, Sure I have that...
p
Heh I believe I have that Win2k in a box also.

@Randy L. Smith the old CD collection is def something to someone (@mjhagen would love them), but really I'm asking if we can see if the docs are there in a sharable format so we can put 'em on https://www.cfmlrepo.com/. There's a gap in the docs.
e
Oh wait, He either works for a large corporation or a government or government affiliated organization.
a
That said, you said the oldest you have is CF4, and I've got those (as has CFMLrepo)

What version(s) do you need docs for @Adam Cameron?
I didnt see any Docs below v6 on cfmlrepo
a
Oh yeah, I should upload my old ones.
I'll ping @gpickin and work out how to do so.

Somewhere in a box I know I have a license for Flash Paper.

This is fun - here's the folders on the ColdFusion 4.0 disk (and there are no PDF files):

Netscape Directory Server... Hell that takes me back.. Netscape Proxy Server, Netscape Mail Server..

Better, I ordered at 20.00 per user, Netscape Navigator Gold. It included a mail client.
p
3.1 folders way more slimmed down heh

I have a Netscape Navigator disk, I believe. It's back home in NC right now (I'm in ATL for a few days) but look at this ColdFusion Developer's Journal disk -- Volume 1-1 thru 1-4!
e
That is awesome!!
