URGENT: Updated CF2021 to Update 6 and Java 11.0.18, and I'm seeing this bouncycastle error, "org.bouncycastle.asn1.DEREncodable". I've applied the fix suggested in that issue by Brian B, no change, same crash. Is there an official fix? Any ideas? @Mark Takata (Adobe) @priyank_adobe @saghosh

Hi Dave, we have a fix for this, can you please send an email to support.

Did that, they're looking for it.
In the mean time, am I right that I'd have to roll java all the way back to 11.0.16.1 to get past this that way?
I rolled java all the way back to 11.0.16.1 and still get that error. Really need this fix.

Please follow below steps 1. Download attached fix and rename the extension from .txt to .jar 2. Take the backup of this jar from bundles folder. 3. Place the jar file in the ColdFusion2021\bundles directory and replace the file with the original. 4. Stop the CF 2021 application service. Please navigate to the ColdFusion2021\cfusion\bin\felix-cache folder and empty the contents of the folder. Start the CF services backup 4. Re-install the document package if it doesn't work with Step 3.
here you go

thank you, I'll give it a shot
That worked, we're good, thank you very much.
Not to sound ungrateful, which I'm most certainly not, but why isn't this listed on the ColdFusion downloads page, and highlighted as required if you're using PDFs?

FYI, the issue I found about this is marked as deferred, because it's a "Duplicate of CF-4215479" (not the usual meaning of "deferred"!), but that other issue can't be found, apparently.
