hey guys, i having an issue with caldav. people who book meetings with me, it doesn't show up on their calendar

i am using outlook
but i mean onthe customers calendars
so when someone books a meeting with me
is there a way to automatically add it to their calendar?
without them receiving an email and having to add it
most customers don't want to do that step
they just want it to appear

the .ics file they deliver should make it easy for the userā€™s email/calendar to pick it up ā€” this system doesnā€™t have direct access to other peoples calendars
now what i would like to see is the inviteeā€™s email showing in the calendar ā€œinviteeā€ list

sorry about the struggles. One thing we could try is have you create a different account with gmail and see if it is because of outlook. I dont belive so but worth the try

i'm surprised others do not talk about this issue frankly or it's a common concern...

to be fair, most people use gcal which is more battle tested
there are some known issues with iCal, some are really hard to debug
maybe @Nathaniel Lin can help
