Hello, I have contacted Carina, but she seems to be away so idk when she will be able to respond but I am in kind of critical time sensitive timeline here so I will shoot my question here as well:
We have a client who is about to use
cal.com and needed to use Zapier to integrate with Klaviyo.
We were able to set up
cal.com and integrate Klaviyo via Zapier. I have created three metrics in Zapier so it matches the ones in
cal.com and notifications appear in Klaviyo:
- Booked Appointment
- Cancelled Appointment
- Reschedule Appointment
However, I am not able to create one more metric -
Started booking (=started checkout) - do you have any idea how we could set that one up? Do you have any experiences with that?
That one particular metric is very important one. Let me know if you know more, thank you!
