Hey @Carina Wollendorfer - Hope you're having a good holiday - for when you're back, Milos has recommended I give you a shout here about the Zap not picking up bookings. I believe the setup is correct, let me know if you want me to forward you the original ticket, and I'm happy to help you diagnose this if you want to screenshare etc.

Could you try to create a new zap and test it again? Maybe you can also send me a screen recording of it, if this doesn’t make it work we can go on a call and try to find the issue together

Thank you @Yusef, that already helps a lot 🙏 It looks like that the only and main problem is that the test trigger won’t load your latest bookings. Your loaded bookings have the custom input field with the label ’What is your question?’, however, your new bookings have a new label ’What is your question? *Please be as specific …*’. This is the reason why this field doesn’t work. My bookings are loaded correctly when testing the trigger, so not sure why this is not working for you. I will wrap my head around that, and see if I can figure out what’s happening here. For now, you should also be able to manually add the custom input field as described here: https://calendso.slack.com/archives/C01NXDSRY9W/p1667221953344319?thread_ts=1666805827.854949&cid=C01NXDSRY9W Additional notes is called ‘description’, so it already available for you

Thanks Carina! That appears to be working now, good spot on the field name change. I've added the custom input now, but I've probably done this wrong
Ideally I'd just like to disable that field entirely but I don't blelieve that's possible in cal.com settings
c
Sorry if this wasn’t clear, additional notes is called ‘description’ I think it was shown in your test data too
No worries, great to hear it’s working now. The timestamps just show when the bookings were loaded into zapier, that’s not the booking time
y
🤦‍♂️
I believe that's fully working now in that case! Sorry for doubting you 😂

All good, glad I could help 🙌🏻
