I have asked for help from the inproduct chat over 72 hours ago and received 0 response
message has been deleted
this person is on a non .com domain, and could not book. gets this error from the UI. this same thing happened a few days ago with someone on a custom domain as well. can someone look into this please? I would not post this here if I h ad received in product assistance

hey @Jahed Momand sorry for that. we literally just switched from intercom to zendesk and havent moved every support person over

Yeah makes sense, the error that shows up on my end is that it's saying you're not available when the booking goes through

I reactivated intercom again. you should see the correct chat bubble for now where support is active
