Wheres the recommended place for support-type messages? i just noticed that the "contact support" link on the billing page is not working for me. I'm mostly just curious what features (if any) i will lose when my free trial ends and how to make sure that im automatically stepped down to that free plan after the trial

Thanks for the help! i saw the pricing page, and then signed up via the "choose your username" thing on the homepage and it seemed to automatically give me a trial. Just not quite sure  what will happen when the trial lapses if i never give payment info. like will it just drop to the free plan on its own?

yes you will downgrade to free and can update to pro
