•  create a team <https://app.cal.com/settings/teams>
• invite your team members
• create a new event type for the team
• select “round robin”

I have made this configuration, but only one person is always scheduled, I had understood that the schedules would be carried out equally.

if you want all people to be scheduled you should use `collective` events. Round Robin is always one person for now

I need the event to schedule the schedules equally.

Not to all the members, only to one of them but in an equitable way, do I let myself be understood?
