Hi, I'm looking for some help regarding cal.com, my first use with the tool. Is it possible to avoid some slots according to my personal schedule ? Seems basic, I tried to see each option, but do not find a way to achieve this. Did I miss something ? Many thanks

I know you can set your availability in the settings of cal.com. It also accounts for your calendar events as well.

Yes you can define your availability, but only on a regular basis. You have each day of the week where you can specify hours. But for example, if I'm not available at 10 am only a single week, I do not find a way to restrict booking on a specific hour. The question is how to pre-fill with my current agenda ?

@abcsxyz You can always create that event in your connected calendar and mark it busy. Cal.com will see that event and block that slot accordingly. Is this what you had in mind?
or better yet - did you connect your calendar with Cal?

I didn't want to book slots manually on the calendar, it's even worst because I have manual confirmation. I tried to find synchronization with calendar but didn't find it in default settings. Should I use an extra application like "CalDav server" or "Outlook calendar" ?

Well, in order for Cal.com to work and remove your booked slots it needs to be connected to the external calendar (Google Calendar, Outlook etc.) We do plan on implementing a virtual calendar sometime soon and in that situation you won’t be needing an external calendar connection.
But for now, it would be best if you go through with connecting your calendar. You can do that from the Apps page in your dashboard.
Your booked slots will appear as events in your connected calendar and those slots are blocked accordingly. Entering some events which aren’t booked through cal.com manually is something we all have to do in order for it to affect our availability correctly. Hope this makes sense

Fine, I see. I need to figure out how I will deal with it, I've only a local calendar, it's a bit annoying in this situation. I will think about how to do it without sharing more of my life to Microsoft 🙂 Thanks for your help !
