Hi, is there any way to add holidays and irregular absences to availabilities? I am thinking of: • fixed holidays (Christmas, New Year) • movable holidays (Easter Monday) • personal absences (vacation, maternity leave, illness) The first two items should be globally definable for all users. Perhaps there is already a best practice for the above use cases?

Are those calendar events marked as busy? Because they should reflect in your availability as such.

Oh, I think I misunderstood the availabilities I can enter in calcom. So I enter there only the theoretical times when someone can book appointments with me? And to be unavailable on holidays, I then have to enter an event in my Google calendar, for example?

The availability (slots) showing in your booking link for your event type are the ones your created in the Availability tab in your dashboard. But yeah, if you want to be unavailable on holidays you can make all day events in your calendar and mark them busy. Those will occupy the slots for the entire day.
