Hey everyone, with a recent uptick of users we've seen a big spike of people looking for help would you prefer a more helpdesk / forum approach over slack?

I'm with the helpdesk part. Would that mean you guys would get rid of Slack all together?

I haven't been able to get much support on issues I've had in recent weeks. I love the tool, my company is committed to using it, but definitely seems like slack has a diffusion of responsibility issue and might benefit from moving toward a more formal ticketing system

We do have helpscout.com inside of the app right now but i feel like most people just post their problem in #general without much thinking
over time slack will grow too big to offer reasonable support
