<!channel> anyone else using outlook and caldav having major issues this week?
z
Please don't tag the whole channel. If nobody ha been able to help you if because we need more context. What kind of caldav account are you using. Have you find an issue in our repo? If not, have you tried opening one detailing your issue?

i attached a picture above, the calendar invites are coming through properly, but the hosted cal.com account is spinning and throwing an error above
i've reconnected the integration several times, seems to fix it for a few hours/days, but then the issue tends to come back
j
Could not book the meeting. Unexpected token A in JSON at position 0
i submit a ticket with a video

@zomars can we schedule time for you to take a look and see if we can sort this? i like using it when it's working 🙂
m
@Jason Crystal Do you have Jitsi or Microsoft Teams installed?
j
I use an integration with zoom
but i have teams installed on my computer, i rarely use it
@Milos
m
You don’t have teams installed on the installed apps page?
j
checking now
I do not
m
not cool to tag the whole channel
j
hey Mark, I apologize, this issue is really jamming up me up this week badly.
not sure how to move forward here, do you have any suggestions?
z
We understand you are struggling but we cannot ignore the community guidelines. If you abuse the channel tag again we might need to take measures for it
If this is an issue from your Cal.com account you can use the in-app chat to request for support
o
Have you tried to log the meeting to see what's wrong with the json?
j
what do you mean by log the meeting?
I'm in touch with someone from support and provided a video. i can try to rip it down and start fresh, but have about 25ish customer meetings I don't want to lose
@Omar @zomars hey guys, i set up a brand new cal.com account, stil getting the json issue... not sure what the deal is was working for weeks, but could really use an assist if you're available

Try to put some console logs in the event handler and see what the object created looks like
Ive run into this error before using calendly and I think it had to do with: • the object created is not compatible with how the other service, in this case Microsoft, handles it in their APIs • Or the object created is of a different encoding (utf-8 vs utf-16)
