Basically, I just need them to check a box saying they agree to the terms and privacy policy before entering their CC info

thats a cool feature idea, for refund policies etc.

Ill look into having them agree before cal.com opens

That's a reason why I want to selfhost: keep customer data on my servers. But still, I need to explain them the way we use their data and what rights they have. So this checkbox to „accept data protection or other terms“ is really useful and actually a must have!
