I reported this back in late june as well but I didn't hear anything back. We are using cal.com - not self-hosting

Slack removed our app for the marketplace and also our account - bug on their end they are looking into it :) Sorry for the inconvenience

Understood! Hope it can be fixed soon. I attempted a workaround with Zapier but I can't get that working either.
