We are having issues when testing booking. Everytime I test booking it gives me a booking between me and my colleague who is not part of cal.com at all. I removed her from all of the locations and teams and she also deleted her account. It seems like its a bug or something. We are testing cal internally for client to go live asap. They want to connect cal to outlook calendar. I managed to do that but each time I test with a client it doesnt show his name as a member but my colleague.

Hi @Ali We're having the same issue - we have deleted a team member from round-robin but he keeps getting the meetings assigned to him

Hey @Nataliia Vuk I'd advise you to ensure that members are assigned to the round-robin event type to participate in the round robin. If there is nobody assigned in the round-robin, then the person who created the event (probably who is deleted from your team now) will get the meeting assigned to him. Obviously this is not intended and a bug report is already underway, but my suggestion should get you sorted in the mean time. Alternatively, you can delete this event type and create a new one in its place, and that should be fine.

This is not a case for us, just for the context: we had 5 people in the event setup, one person got removed, however the avatar is still displayed on the event preview+ the person gets new event booked.

Can you please record and share a video for the event type in question please? That would be the quickest method to resolve this. If you don't wish to share it in the public channel like this one, feel free to DM me for further inspection. 🙏
