I'm not 100% sure where to report this, but after canceling a booking, the SMS reminders are still arriving for the HOST. Surely they should stop if the event was cancelled? 🫠
Infact, the reminder EMAILS are arriving too :(

@Carina Wollendorfer - is this the right channel to report issues like the above? 2ndly - I had a cal.com issues yesterday at 11:50AM - where can I find out if it was a global or isolated issue?

Hi @Peer I left a time stamp 11:50 SAST to understand if you have logs or other reported issues from users for around that time. The video worked again about 30 minutes later when I tried thankfully. I just fear this happens multiple times a day across my team, who will be providing time-sensitive consultations at mass scale. Where is it best to report issues like this to get immediate support/confirmation on system failures? Thanks

we’re running on daily.co which has very sophisticated video infrastructure. i think this has been a one of event

Hey @Carina Wollendorfer- any idea if the 'reminder emails and sms' will now stop after a session is cancelled... or is it still under development? I have not tested yet

Hey @Ryan Betteridge, it should work already. SMS and email reminders should not send anymore when the booking is canceled
