Firstly want to say i only play on Tiggy but I assume the information works across live servers.
I'm also assuming you'd be building in high infra ports, and therefor have the (0.4xtime needed) modifier for your building's production.
I can say it takes a whole lot of hours to make ship fittings, and your best goal would be splitting it up over as many forges/iron works/finery forges as you can, but that may not be possible. Because you need the stored labor to smelt the iron as well as forge the fittings. For that purpose I'd recommend using an ironworks, because they require the least in hours per fitting. However, if you only have iron works, that means the only way you can forge iron is pig iron into wrought iron. That means that per, say, 30 ship fittings produced, you need:
> - 4h for the fittings themselves. 6h for forging the 60 wrought iron. 2h 50m for the 60 pig iron
So you've gotta decide how many ship fittings you want to put out per day to decide how many iron works you want, but doing the whole production line yourself means you can only have 1. On top of that you've got to crush your iron and limestone, which either takes more hours from your iron works or needs a separate stamp mill for the purpose.
The biggest issue is your charcoal barrels for the pig iron. You either need to have someone else manufacture them for you, or you need a cooper, boilery, and possibly logging camp for yourself to make them, which sucks.
All that said, for your actual hauling, you've got puerto cabezas as the closest iron to belize, belize itself for the limestone quarry, and bluefields for the closest oak forest. When it comes down to everything you need, you're using up most of your slots just on that gathering and extraneous production. 1 boilery, 1 cooper, 1 mine, 1 quarry, 1 logging camp, 1 stamp mill (assuming you make one to preserve your iron works labor), and 1 iron works leaves you with only 1 spare slot.
So you don't produce very many all on one character, but it is possible.
