Curious if folks use XML tags like many of the [prompting guides](https://platform.claude.com/docs/en/build-with-claude/prompt-engineering/claude-prompting-best-practices#structure-prompts-with-xml-tags) suggest, or just YOLO it with markdown ## headers? Would love to hear if folks have had any tangible difference with either approach

I have seen some prod prompts written by openai for their clients. They just do markdown. i have seen people use xml as well. it is more of a preference. My preference is markdown

Ok nice thanks for the anecdotes! Yeah I tend to use markdown too, just a bit worried if it gets too unruly sometimes. but I guess the models are quite smart these days 🤓
