Hi team, I know it’s been asked a few times already - but any movement on the WASM version of the baml client? I am wanting to deploy to cloudflare workers

sadly no progress on that side! we've been working on a much improved ffi layer (we now support go and rust). in theory this should make supporting wasm much more doable!

(but no actual eng work has been put onto this yet)

(rust was just finished up last week and put into beta with a few folks)

No worries. Just checking in. I realised cloudflare now supports containers, so not ideal but I can host a mini baml API as a sidecar until I can move it out as a wasm module. The costs would be greater in a professional environment, but mine is a hobby project.
