WhatsApp Business Account permanently disabled ("actor risk scam model"), and now can't add any phone number to a new WABA (#2655121) I run a hotel WhatsApp bot via Botpress (inbound replies only, no broadcasts). Our WABA was permanently disabled by Meta. Their support says an automated "actor risk scam model" flagged it and the decision is final after 3 reviews. I then created a new Business Portfolio and WABA, but adding any phone number (3 different ones) fails with "account is restricted" (#2655121). Business Support Home shows no issues, so the restriction seems tied to my admin account, not the numbers. Has anyone seen this, or does Botpress have an escalation path to Meta for false-positive bans?
