Login Viber Issue

I have an existing agent with real production work already built into it — Knowledge Base (PDF catalogue), a Playbook for lead capture, Google Sheets integration (multiple connected spreadsheets), and Botpress Tables for customer history. This agent only shows an 'Edit Bot' option (no separate 'Studio' option like my other agents have), and clicking it opens Viber — but Viber fails to connect, showing 'couldn't sign in viber.botpress.' I've already tried: logging out and back in, clearing cookies for botpress.com, and testing in incognito mode — none of these fixed it. A separate, newly created test agent in the same account opens fine in Studio, so this seems specific to this one agent, not a general account or browser issue. Can you help me regain access to this specific agent? Error Couldn't sign you in Viber could not connect to Botpress. Continue to Botpress to retry sign-in. Continue to Botpress

The fact that the other agents open normally while this specific production agent only shows ā€œEdit Botā€ points more toward an agent-specific Viber/Studio access or migration issue than a browser/session problem. I’d check the agent’s configuration and workspace permissions first, then the Viber/Studio connection and any agent-specific errors before making changes that could affect your existing Knowledge Base, Playbooks, Sheets, or Tables. Botpress currently treats Viber and Studio as separate experiences, so the behavior you’re seeing is worth investigating at the agent level. I can help troubleshoot this and work toward restoring access without disrupting the production setup. @bright-gigabyte-55895
