Objective: I want customers to contact my published Botpress agent through WhatsApp. Issue: The WhatsApp channel is connected, enabled, and published in Botpress. Meta WhatsApp Manager also shows the phone number as Connected with High quality. However, external users searching for the number see “Invite to WhatsApp” or “This person is no longer on WhatsApp”, so they cannot send a message. What I have already tried: * Removed the number from the WhatsApp mobile app. * Connected it through Botpress OAuth. * Enabled and published the WhatsApp channel. * Confirmed that Meta shows the number as Connected. Could you please verify whether the phone number was successfully registered/provisioned by the Botpress integration and explain how to re-register it safely without deleting the WABA or breaking the OAuth connection? I can provide the phone number, WABA ID, bot ID, and screenshots if required.
