Hi! My Botpress agent works in the Emulator, and the Telegram integration is connected and enabled.

Since the agent works in the Emulator, the workflow itself is likely fine; the issue is more likely with the Telegram channel configuration, publishing, or the Telegram connection/webhook. Botpress requires the bot to be published and the Telegram integration properly configured before it can receive messages. I’d check the Telegram bot token, confirm the latest version is published, and then inspect the Botpress event logs to see whether Telegram messages are reaching the bot at all. If they aren’t, we can isolate the channel/webhook issue quickly. @breezy-angle-53614

Thanks! I checked the setup: the bot works in the Emulator, and Telegram is connected and enabled. But Publish repeatedly changes to “Publishing in progress” and then “Publish Failed”. The available event logs only show Emulator test events; there are no Telegram production events. Could you please tell me where to find the deployment/publish error details, or what could prevent a new agent from deploying?

I understand your concern
as a full stack dev, I have worked many projects such as discord, telegram bot projects
If you don't mind, can you explain in more detail?

Hi! Here are the exact details: - The agent works correctly in the Botpress Emulator and replies to messages. - Telegram integration is connected and enabled successfully. - When I click Publish, Botpress briefly shows "Publishing in progress", then displays "Publish Failed". - Telegram receives the user’s message, but the bot never replies. - Event logs only show Emulator test events; there are no Telegram production events. Could you please advise where to find the exact deployment/publish error, or what could prevent this agent from deploying?
