Hello Botpress Team, I am facing a persistent issue while trying to connect my Instagram Professional account with Botpress. Error: “Authentication failed! Please try again” Request failed with status code 500 Issue Details: - Instagram account is Professional type. - Instagram is properly connected with a Facebook Page. - I have full admin access in Meta Business Suite. - Messaging permissions are enabled. - Two-factor authentication is enabled. - Conversation routing permissions are enabled. - I already removed/revoked permissions from: - ManyChat - Interakt - Jotform - Cleared browser cache and cookies. - Tried Incognito Mode. - Tried different Botpress accounts. - Tried reconnecting multiple times. - Tried different browsers and devices. Important Observation: Previously, Botpress connected successfully once, but at that time the AI was not trained properly. After disconnecting and reconnecting, the integration started failing permanently with Status Code 500. I suspect there may be: - webhook conflicts, - stale OAuth tokens, - Meta permission cache conflicts, - or conversation routing ownership issues between Meta and previous automation platforms. At this point, the Instagram account still cannot connect with Botpress even after removing old integrations. Please help with: 1. Exact resolution steps 2. Any hidden Meta permissions/webhook cleanup required 3. Whether this is a Meta-side OAuth issue 4. Or arrange a support/Zoom session if possible This issue is blocking our AI automation setup completely. Help me please Thank you.
