Hi there ! Is there a way to prevent the user from being able to start writing his question in the input field BEFORE we display greeting message and userQuestion card with choice of answers ?
c
You just need to control the conversation flow so the input is disabled (or not rendered) until the greeting and question card are fully sent. I’ve handled similar UI flow issues before, so I can help you structure it properly so users only interact after the initial message is displayed. @brave-sunset-53130

I'm not sure I understand "you just need to control..." I mean, this is the very first node right after the "start" node.
The input box is there as soon as we start the bot.

You can try using a conversation start trigger with the greetings message + include that user question too
so that the conversation begins with that leaving them no time to type a question befoer it!

I don't get it.

One moment
like this for example
here is also an old video tutorial expalining

My point is it takes a few seconds before the first input text message shows, so the user start asking a question even before the input choices show.
l
This should send a message before the user has time to do that @brave-sunset-53130

Sometimes there's a 2-3 seconds laps
