Hi, I have a CORS issue with my bot embedded on an external WordPress site. The browser console shows this error: "Access-Control-Allow-Origin header contains the invalid value ''" The request to https://webchat.botpress.cloud/fc2b3dfc-8399-4a69-b1da-96989e788009/users is being blocked because the Access-Control-Allow-Origin header is empty (not a wildcard, literally an empty string). My bot ID: 20260310131933-LHDLJ5EB My site: https://simpleshop.guadagnamotutto.eu The webchat window opens correctly, the bot name and icon show up, but it stays on loading (spinning dots) and never responds. The bot works fine in the Botpress Studio Emulator. Is this a known issue? Is there a fix or workaround? https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1489637851510476963/1489637851665662042/Screenshot_3.png?ex=69d124db&is=69cfd35b&hm=6e166f603e425946265172a1cd5baa460caefb4f354834f5bac642af3473a155&

hi kaoha! do you have a paid plan?

No 🙁

no problem! it was just so i could eliminate an option

but it worked until the day I ask for help 🙁

can you show me how you embedded botpress in wordpress?

I used WPCode plugin to add this code in the footer:

i'm gonna test it, 1 min

ok

it works in my website, so i do believe it's an issue in yours https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1489637851510476963/1490789732517679114/image.png?ex=69d555a1&is=69d40421&hm=6fbb156e30e55f0b92f331166cd59e30f32570f6404a4b2b6c3600d21e29097c&

have you try to write something?

oh true.. there's the problem

i don't touch nothing there

can you try creating another workspace and importing your bot there?

for changing this it's required a team upgrade or higher like shown in the screenshot 2 https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1489637851510476963/1490791916307091526/image.png?ex=69d557aa&is=69d4062a&hm=a3f6d483532f0aff72b79b89f2368ce4876d3facb5f273bb2bbe4225e38a7102& https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1489637851510476963/1490791916697157762/image.png?ex=69d557aa&is=69d4062a&hm=a4e5f19cc560c050d1919c21b5af9bd88d55f8dc1a129b06508f42314a7f4b71&
