Hey Guys! I'm Dheemanth and 16 right now, I started AI automation just like a week ago and now currently building my first demo bot for customer support. I've built the entire bot but only piece of the puzzle is missing which is the fallback method, so if anyone would like to help me fix this problem please DM me and I would appreciate your kindness and efforts a lot! https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1487359373482266624/1487359373885050900/2026-03-24_2.png?ex=69c8dadc&is=69c7895c&hm=459d3c9d7c8861af52a581a55a4ebf5c2648712d8d37bcafce9b5c837d8a8d9a&

You can enable re tries in the "advanced configuration" for the multiple choice card to send a fall back message! https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1487359373482266624/1487720123824607244/image.png?ex=69ca2ad6&is=69c8d956&hm=f820a803bd287cc82f2eab669a5999cf5a06110ad1f5fe7520693d38b0374dfd&

Okayy and I can edit the retry message it sends right?

You can edit it here: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1487359373482266624/1488167173099749397/image.png?ex=69cbcb2e&is=69ca79ae&hm=32ea71ca78a751576a201aa1cd2c98aeeb738b5470194c829cdd46389d217dda&
