Is there a way to be able to manually take over the conversation and stop the bot from replying apart from using the HITL plugin? We are using this in production where security is very important and I don't know if Botpress is able to help us with this scenario. We need it so that if the Bot does not meet the standard of reply, then we should be able to stop the bot from replying through the click of a button or something else and be able to take over the conversation instead of waiting for the HITL to be enabled through the bot identifying a scenario. Is there any plugin that allows for this? We need this use case urgently.

Hey @agreeable-window-33845 I just spoke with our engineers and there is no current way to manually take over conversations from the conversations tab, it's only available after the user triggers HITL. However... Big updates coming to HITL soon where that option will be available (confirmed) 😄 So for now well have to deal with it!

We don't have an exact timeline as the team is trying to polish the product and make it perfect. My "best" reply would be the near future.

In the Integration Hub have look at the HITLchat integration. it supports webchat and whatsapp. very easy to set up.
