Knowledge Base Language Problem

Hello, I'm currently facing an issue with the knowledge base of a German-speaking web- and WhatsApp Chatbot of one of our clients. The client sells and rents out garages. We've recently updated an FAQ.docx file in the bot's knowledge base, by adding the information that the client not only sells, but also rents out garages at specific locations. However, when asked about whether the client offers rental as well, the bot still replies with having not found any answer to the question, neither in the botpress studio nor in the webchat after publishing. Just before I realized that the bot is able to answer the question correctly, but only when a new chat has been started and the question has been asked in English. Some more details: - No translation agent is being used. The bot is instructed in the system prompt to reply in German, unless the user requests otherwise (didn't face any issues with that) - The FAQ.docx in the knowledge base is written in German - The knowledge base also contains the client's indexed website and two other .docx files with company information - Every other question in the FAQ.doxc file that I have tested so far, the bot is able to answer Does anyone know what the issue is here or possible even has a solution? I assume it has something to do with the language used, since it works when being asked in English. However, most other questions work in German as well. Thanks!

Hey @freezing-jordan-64936 the issue might be in the instructions or the setup of the KBs!
Can I get your bot ID so I can look at your bot?
I just saw your dm now!
I think the issue might be in the instructions of the AN.
I did a simple example in german using your faq as refrence
and the reply was correct abased on the KB @freezing-jordan-64936

Thank you for your quick help! Unfortunately, I was not yet able to resolve the issue. Based on your suggestion, I have played around with the AN's instructions and used similar formulations as in your test AN node. While your test AN node works, my production AN still doesn't answer the question correctly. So far, I've only encountered this issue when asking "Haben Sie auch Mietgaragen?". This seems to be the only question it cannot answer, despite the exact same question formulation being in the FAQ document. Every other question that I tested seems to work just fine. Also, wen I formulate the question slightly different, like "Haben Sie auch Mietgaragen aktuell?", it answeres without any issue. So, the AN seems to have a problem with the specific formulation of the question in this case. I cannot explain why. My best guess is that the instructions might be a bit diluted. But then why can it answer other questions or the same question formulated slightly differently? For now, I'll just leave it as is and see, if it will actually lead to real issues or if I'm just concerned about a minor detail. Thank you again for your help!
