03/13/2026, 12:54 PMi am using an integration with whatsapp, deployed BOT was answering questions, but since i get a this business is now using a secure service from meta.
on BOT press conversation log, i see the questinos and responses but on whatsapp i dont. does anyone have some similar experience and potentially a solution?

03/13/2026, 2:27 PMHello! Have you tried testing it on the WhatsApp sandbox to see if it works there? If it does then it could be an issue in your configuration
