Hi everyone! I'm building a WhatsApp appointment booking chatbot for a barbershop using Botpress Studio. I've integrated Google Calendar manually using a Service Account, and I'm running into a persistent error when the Check Availability card executes. Error message:
Copy code
Error while executing integration action: Failed to check calendar events: Bad Request
My current setup: - Botpress Studio (Cloud) - Google Calendar integration v2.0.8 - Configured manually with a Service Account Key - Calendar ID: my personal Gmail (e.g. user@gmail.com) - Private key: pasted directly from the JSON file with literal \n characters - Service account email: correctly set - The calendar has been shared with the Service Account with "Make changes to events" permission What's working: - The Execute Code card correctly builds the datetime variables: -
fechaHoraInicio
=
2026-03-15T16:00:00
✅ -
fechaHoraFin
=
2026-03-15T16:45:00
✅ Check Availability card configuration: - Start Time:
{{workflow.fechaHoraInicio}}
- End Time:
{{workflow.fechaHoraFin}}
- Slot Duration: 45 minutes - Timezone: America/Mazatlan - Store output in:
workflow.disponibilidad
What I've already tried: - Using
List Events
card instead → same Bad Request error - Pasting the private key with and without literal
\n
characters - Verifying the Calendar ID is correct - Confirming the Service Account has the right permissions on the calendar My questions: 1. What is the exact format required for the private key in the configuration field? 2. Does the Check Availability card accept
{{workflow.variable}}
syntax in the Start Time and End Time fields? 3. Is there anything specific about the datetime format that the card expects beyond
YYYY-MM-DDTHH:MM:SS
? Any help is appreciated! 🙏

Can you try re installing the integration via OATH? or is this how you did it originally? @blue-hydrogen-13209
