Botpress doesn't work right with discord integration?
l
@silly-pager-27135 Not however it is in the pipeline!
I'll drop you a ping when it's ready to go 😄
s
sad, kinda wanted to use it so much, maybe using some n8n will work?
l
Others have used n8n for a workaround regarding the discord integration!
What would be your main use case by the way so I can note it down for the team? @silly-pager-27135
s
Just for a discord bot support, like, users can ask to the bot something about the rules and the bot will answer with the information given on the PDFs, for example. I uploaded 2 PDFs files with full information about my rules, and anyone can use this bot to search for some especific rule, instead of looking up the PDF file. For example, I ask the bot if stealing a car it's against the rules of my server, and if he finds something on the files, he will answer with the same exact answer given on the PDF

Amazing thank you! The more details / use cases we have the better the integration will be when it finally comes 😄
s
It's kinda easier to all my team support if yall can make this work
Alright! No problem, thanks to yall for making this
v
can we get an estimation on when will it be back
and why it doesnt work
l
No exact estimation.
It's not that it doesn't work. Discord uses websockets instead of webhooks. However good news... I was just told it's coming very soon 👀 @victorious-grass-93424 @silly-pager-27135
