02/26/2026, 8:16 PMI am using the WhatsApp integration and I need to track the Read, Delivered, and Failed status specifically for WhatsApp Templates I send to users.
I can send the templates successfully, but I don't know how to get the status updates back into Botpress so I can update my records. What is the simplest way to do this?

02/27/2026, 3:25 AMYeah I saw that but somehow I am not sure for me it doesn't show under triggers, only message read trigger is missing in my trigger list.
And I am currently on WhatsApp integration version 4.7.x so is it in some higher version

So I can't use message template status update trigger but I need message read trigger which is missing from my trigger list due to maybe some version issue but I don't know on which version it is available
