We initially implemented an auto-open feature, but have now removed it because we saw that there is a proactive message feature. Unfortunately, despite setting it up and publishing it, it has not been adopted and is not displayed. Does anyone know what the reason for this could be? Does it have to do with a version of Botpress? The website still has the v3.2 snippet and not the latest one.

It was introduced with v3.3 of the Snippet. Can you try it with that version and see if it works?
